Our work is primarily focused across 4 key areas: Creative Integrated Campaigns, Influencer Marketing, Digital Solution Design & Live Experiences.

THE ROLE

Outset Agency is looking for a highly motivated and organised Account Manager to join our growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and work with the agency’s various teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience working within client services teams of marketing or media agencies and will have strong knowledge of all the different marketing functions, especially across digital, content, experiential, and influencer marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships with existing and new clients on a daily basis on all Agency work
  • Deliver and communicate clear client briefs to the internal team and organisation of the workload
  • Internal project management across our teams (Digital, Content, Influencers, and Experiential) in order to deliver clients objectives
  • Understand client’s needs/goals and present solutions based on our offerings
  • Plan and manage client budgets and advise on campaign elements and distribution channels
  • Build client proposals by liaising with internal teams and our partner network
  • Supplier management and building business relationships with agency partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in marketing or a related field (preferably agency side)
  • Strong understanding of current online and offline marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and focus on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and business stakeholders
  • A creative thinker – we want someone that is resourceful and has the ability to think outside the box
